Main Features

Travel mechanism: Steel crawlers are moved by hydraulic motor; the rig is maneuverable and used on many kinds of ground situations;
Power system: Double power sources. Chassis is driven by diesel engine, which is maneuverable; when working, electromotor is adopted as the power source to avoid emission pollution and protect environment;
Hydraulic system: REXROTH high pressure variable pump, LINDE variable motor, HAWE load sensing multi-way valve are adopted, energy-saving and high-efficient;
Control system: PLC centralized control is adopted, high automation and intelligence, convenient maintenance, failure alarming and electric shock protection;
Operating system: Movable console is separated from main body to realize remote control. Data of drilling depth, inclination, azimuth, rotating speed, pull and push speed, pressure and flow can be shown on the display on the operation panel. The secondary console is installed in the front of main body with engine instrument and travel handle;
Foldable crane is equipped for convenient high place work;
Integrated dual-arm support mechanism and slewing mechanism with compact structure and stable support to avoid movement when working in deep hole;
With 12m stroke of rotary head, the working efficiency is high;
The whole-mast swing function ensures an automatic, precise and rapid drilling position shift;
Grout sealer is equipped at the orifice to ensure the quality of piles and protect environment;
Drilling tools of single or double pipe are matched with rotary head. Different drilling tools portfolio combination can carry out the work of anchor, down-the-hole and rock drilling.
