Cummins 4BTA3.9-C125 air-to-air intercooler and large power turbocharged engine; output power matches load intellectually; high efficient and energy-saving; the special hydraulic oil cooling system ensures stable construction in summer;
The main circuit of hydraulic system adopts load sensing variable displacement piston pump. German Hawe proportional multi-way valve and pilot pressure control; realize stepless regulation of drilling speed, control accuracy, high efficiency and save energy;
Rotary drive adopts high speed hydraulic transmission gear, maximal torque can reach 7100 N.m; rotary drive body and pulley are integrated, realizing compact structure, high accurate slide rail and stable motion; the oil seal at the output shaft end realizes replacement without disassembly;
Seat-type operating console; levers and buttons are rationally configured at both sides of seat; wide visual field; simple and comfortable operation; chassis console is equipped to control travelling system; levers are placed in the box;
Double hydraulic cylinder; large oil cylinder gripper and special slip insert to ensure shackle torque; high strength structure parts makes sure reliable pipe assembly/disassembly; floating design to reduce abrasion of drill pipe screw thread.
